Penelope is Victoria's sister and rescued from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina.

She is sweet and outgoing and does well with other dogs.

She LOVES to snuggle up to your neck and hug you...her little wiggle is hysterical.

We will allow her to go home with her adoptive family with the guarantee that you will take her to her spay appointment in Ellicott City.

Adoption Fee is $350 with Spay/Neuter Contract. A separate $100 deposit will be collected but will be returned after we receive the spay/neuter certificate for your puppy at 6 months of age.
